Questions
FAQ
Every answer here comes from what this store actually does — not a template.
- Do I have to be 21?
- Yes — 21 or older with a valid government photo ID for recreational purchases, or 18+ with a valid medical card. We check ID at every handover, including delivery, and the name on the ID has to match the order.
- How do I order?
- Add what you want to your cart and check out — browse the menu. Your order goes straight to the store; we email you when it's ready or when your driver leaves.
- When do I pay?
- You can pay online when you place the order, or at handover — the store accepts Cash, Gift Card, Pay by Bank via Aeropay. Paying online places a hold; you're charged when the order is actually handed over.
- Do you deliver to me?
- Enter your address at checkout and we'll tell you immediately — coverage, fees and any minimum are shown before you commit. Delivery hours follow state rules, so a late-night order may be scheduled for the next available window. See pickup & delivery.
- Can I use a gift card online?
- Yes — enter the code at the payment step. If it doesn't cover the whole order, the rest is charged to your bank or paid at handover. Store credit works the same way once you're signed in.
- How much can I buy?
- State law caps how much cannabis you can buy in a day. Your cart shows a warning as you approach the limit, and checkout won't let an order exceed it — the same rule the register applies in store.
- Can I change or cancel an order?
- Yes, until the store starts packing it — open the order in your orders and cancel there. Any online payment hold is released automatically.
- Can I return something?
- Cannabis returns are tightly restricted by state law, and what's possible depends on the product and how far it's travelled. Contact the store and they'll tell you where you stand — get in touch.
- Is the menu accurate?
- It's the store's live inventory. If something sells out between your order and the counter, we contact you before charging anything.
Something not covered? Message the store — it reaches the same people who pack your order.
